Raziel, Archangel of Secrets and Divine Wisdom.

Not an angel chosen at random. See, he's tied into my OC Sharna's world, and is an angel I've taken a particular liking to whilst researching about them. So ah, here is a Fem!Raziel. Raziel is said to have wings with baby blue feathers, so I rolled with blue for the colour scheme. Hair and eye colour choice were based around the face claim I have for him - or her in this case - over on Tumblr. (Or well, the face claim for his human vessel.) 

Raziel is a lover of humans, when Adam and Eve were expelled from Eden, he tried to give them his book - the Sefer Raziel HaMalach - which contained all worldly and divine wisdom, so that they could once more bring themselves into God's light. The other angels didn't like this, stole the book and tossed it into the ocean. 

On top of being the archangel of wisdom and keeper of secrets, Raziel is the patron of laws, and thus serves to protect and guide all good and dutiful law enforcers. As well as being a protector of younger angels. 
Raziel is also the prince of the second level of Heaven. 

Raziel is obviously from mythology, but personality and design of the character are mine.
